Common Questions

How long does it take for my card to be delivered?
Cards are typically handwritten and mailed within 1-2 business days of placing your order. After mailing, standard USPS delivery times apply (usually 3-5 business days within the continental US).
Is the handwriting really done by robots?
Yes! We use robotic pens that write with real pen and ink, creating authentic handwritten cards. The result looks and feels like a hand-written note because it essentially is - just written by a very precise robot instead of a human hand.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window before they're sent to our fulfillment partner. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver cards to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding to international destinations in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
How do I track my order?
You can view your order history and status in the Orders tab of the Cardly app. We'll update the status as your card moves through production and shipping.
Can I preview my card before sending?
Absolutely! Before you place your order, you can preview exactly how your card will look - including the front design, your handwritten message inside, and the back of the card.
What if my card arrives damaged?
If your card arrives damaged or there's an issue with the quality, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right - either with a refund or by sending a replacement card.
